April 14, 1916, Falun Post (ID 5530)

H. R. Campbell, 60, died of heart failure April 11th at his home....Coming out of the post office, he met and greeted his partner and fellow editor in the Geneseo Journal, Jack Gage....Mr. Campbell became a partner with Gage in November 1915 in both The Geneseo Journal and the Geneseo Opera House. He was a newspaper man of the old school, having edited several small papers in Kansas and elsewhere....Mr. Campbell used to make his home and edit a newspaper at Minneapolis and the remains were taken there for burial....
